The Best of Both Worlds

We have been using the Repeat Rewards and Constant Contact Integrated program for many years. Both programs work excellent together. It’s so nice to have a fresh updated list every week of our new Repeat Rewards guests. Repeat Rewards gives us our best ROI, builds loyalty and makes our guest feel like they are a part of our restaurant. Using Constant Contacts our guests are easily informed of all the great happenings that we do at our restaurant.

Great System For Small Business

I've been using repeat rewards for over five years and have nothing but great things to say about the company. As a small business, it's a great tool to have. My customers enjoy using my rewards program and it really does generate additional review for my restaurant. For the money you spend, you get a turn-key loyalty program which stacks up against larger companies. People are often surprised how a small, family-run restaurant can have such a 'high-tech' program. The services I use are the loyalty program, mobile app and surveys. The customer service is great. A+++++

Perfect way to target our customers on autopilot!

I have been using the Repeat Rewards and Constant Contact Integrated program for quite a few years now. It's the best way to easily and effectively send meaningful and targeted emails to our Subscribers. And the best part is that once we set up an email they are sent to these targeted subscribers automatically. We can almost "set it, and forget it". It allows us to schedule and send a variety of emails that help reinforce and build a relationship. We are currently sending (automatically) the following: - Reminders that snail mailed offers will expire soon - Guest Surveys to high ticket customers the day after they visit - Targeted Second Chance to extend and use expired offers. Repeat Rewards has been a key factor in increasing the email open rate and more importantly, the response rate to our regular mail and email offers. The two programs compliment each other nicely, save us time, and make our marketing much more effective.
