Works very well...

We got the free sync app for Sugar CRM and I was doubtful that it would work for us, but we have had very good success with it. Clint has also been very helpful when we had a few problems. For the price (free) it's a great tool, and there's no way we could keep up with this on our own.

Follow-Up Review

Clint has asked me to update my review... I did receive customer support the following day and directly from Clint. He did try to explain several ways/times how to use his application. He also followed up by email several times. I do appreciate his efforts however the product was difficult to understand. It does appear simple and with limited steps however thus far I have not been able to use it effectively to get my data back into SugarCRM. I was unable to control some features as they are not allowed in the trial and so there was no way to test the features I needed. I was also unable to control the product from importing contacts into Constant Contact. I wish I could rate it higher but without being able to test all the features, I have no way to see/understand if/how they work.

Thanks Paul for the note. I think the way to go next time is to upgrade to our Enterprise plans to accomplish your requirements as others have done. In SyncApps CRM always wins so if you need to do the opposite as your post here states it lands in our custom integrations plans which are not testable till built for the client. How can I reverse the order of syncing so that Constant Contact is checked for and then SugarCRM? http://gsfn.us/t/2rd9m Thanks again for the follow up here. ~Clint @cazoomi
